DEFI 101 and DEFI 201 - These courses aim to cover an introduction to the blockchain through the lens of decentralized finance. We will be understanding the basics what is decentralized finance and why it is existing in the first place. Also, we will be using the binance smart chain as it is currently one of the most popular and will be the most used blockchain due to the congestion on the ethereum blockchain and due to its high gas fees.

Using the binance smart chain is fairly straightforward if you have a comprehensive understanding of the blockchain but to beginners, you may find it intimidating and not understanding why there are so many networks you will have to use in order to use the blockchain. Also, I will be covering how to configure your metamask with the binance smart chain as by default it is not pre-configured by default and what are the other wallets which you may want to use to interact for the binance smart chain.

This course aims to deepen your knowledge on the basics of decentralized finance so that you can able to operate on the binance smart chain and other blockchains which are interoperable with the binance smart chain.
