Magic Changing Card DIY Papercrafts Tutorial for magicians and kids –

This magic papercraft is a super fun playing card for anyone to play.

I believe even magicians may not have seen this before, not to mention children.

Required items to make this DIY Magic Card

✅Cardboard Paper (about postcard thickness)
✅Poster Paper (I use the other side of an old brochure.) - These don't tear so easily and yet thin enough.
✅Scissors
✅Penknife
✅Double-sided tape

This Magic Changing Card is a great quarantine craft for kids to keep them engaged for the holidays or a weekend craft. Parents can make this together with their children.

This DIY craft making shouldn't take more than 30min if you understand the principle of this magic.

In this video, Mr Bottle is going to explain how to make this magic card. With this DIY prop, you can basically transform one picture to another like magic. As a lover of pop-up cards and 3D crafts, I have not seen this shown anywhere available on YouTube.

Once you have completed making the Magic Changing Card, you will realise the performance is automatic! Even a one or 2-year-old can perform this magic.

You can customise any picture you want; here are some ideas:
💡Making a rabbit appear
💡Fill up an empty bottle
💡Making an elephant disappear
💡Change the colour of a shirt
💡switching a light on or off.

The possibilities are endless.

⌛️History of Magic Changing Card

This toy was sold not to just kids but also to adults in the 15th century. It was also used as collectables cards to encourage people to buy and collect them all.

Magic cards are super effective since these adults are likely to perform and share their collection with their friends and hence increasing the potential viral branding.

One major industry using this was cigarettes companies. Some of the graphics used include disrobing a lady or a popular magic trick and hence quite popular then with guys. (oops).

Because these cards are so easy to perform, these were popular and effective media long time ago.
